Pulte Homes denies claim to repair leaking roof due to inferior construction practices Castle Rock, Colorado

I am writing to let everyone know how upset I am that Pulte Homes denied my claim to repair my roof, which is leaking due to inferior construction materials and practices.  I bought my $400k home just a few years ago and it came with a 10 year structural warranty; to me if the roof fails within 10 years, it ought to be covered under the warranty; especially if it's sub standard construction materials and practices that is causing the problem.  They say that water infiltration is only covered for 5 years and I'm just outside of that.  Well, this is no good reason to deny my claim and blow me off!  I am a Realtor in the Denver metro area and have sold other Pulte homes with the SAME PROBLEM.  I have read other complaints on this website with the SAME ROOF PROBLEM.  Pulte Homes needs to wake up and take care of their customers, because obviously there is a pattern here!  If you are in the process of purchasing a Pulte home, I urge you to reconsider, because they talk a really good game, but when there is a problem they seem to try and do everything possible to deny your claim.  Buyer Beware; Pulte has not stood behind the product they sold me at a premium price, and they likely won't stand behind the one they're selling you.  I don't think this is how Bill Pulte envisioned things being handled; hopefully he steps in and makes it right!
