We ordered 5 hurricane french doors and 2 side window panels for our home from Ready Windows. Alex the sales manager recommended Ready Windows.We handed our salesmen Vincente a down payment of approximately $2,500 with the promise of delivery in April 2006.

We called in April to find out delivery time. They said they couldn't find our order. Alex called back and said we never placed the order. The order was not complete and we needed 2 more sets of hurricane french doors in addition to the first order.

They promised us we would have the doors before June 1 (start of hurricane season) They did not arrive. Since then they have promised us each week delivery of our doors.

Today is June 30th we still have no french doors. I tried to call the owner but he does not return calls. Alex does not return calls, Vincente does not return calls and the owners brother Lorenzo does not return calls!
