Retrimit Window Wraps Scam Artist Nashville, Tennessee

My wife and I contracted with Eric Parks....owner of Retrimit or Window Wraps to complete a cabinet refacing job in our home. As with most contractors...we were required to put down a large amount of money equal to half of the total job amount. Eric scheduled a time to come to our home to take measurements for the job.

After rescheduling the time for this four times, Eric never bothered to show at all. The completion date was two months from the time the deposit was paid. My wife and I have attempted several times to contact Eric and have yet to reach him or recieve a return phone call. He now has four thousand dollars of our hard earned savings and wont even respond to us. We have filed a lawsuit against him. Do not use this company! Eric Parks and Retrimit / Window Wraps are rip offs and scam artists. We are elderly with limited means and have lost what took us two years to save.
