Beware of "home builder" or "construction manager" Ricki Olson.
Ricki Olson is a deadbeat who blames all of his problems on others. He hides behind Christianity as a means of justifying not paying his bills, or screwing people and businesses out of his money.
He screwed one poor old lady out of her retirement savings. She invested her savings in a house that Rick was building. While Ricki was busy golfing and sleeping late, the project went bust and the lady has no way to pay for her medication.
He has screwed his former landlord, bounced checks and is an irresponsible, conniving deadbeat. He just got a job, what do you think the chances are that he did not tell his ex-wife so she could get a fair share of her child support?
Ricki, please grow up. Stop hiding behind your "faith" to justify your behavior. Above all, stop ripping off others, you deadbeat!

Ricki's conniving methods continue... too lazy to work, but not too lazy to play golf, basketball or to mooch a meal. And he ripped off his best friend Dave by not paying him rent for over a year, and basically trashing Dave's house.
If ricki needs a favor from you, RUN in the opposite direction. Just ask his ex-wife, whom he owes a ton of back child support. What a pathetic individual...
