Riddle Builders no riddle here, THEY ARE RIP OFFS!! Monroe, Louisiana

I’m writing in regards to the dealings with Riddle Builders. My mother passed away and left her house to me and I’m allowing my brother to live there. The house caught on fire and done quite a bit of damage. My brother at the time Riddle was doing the reconstruction had gone through his last bout of chemotherapy due to his cancer. The problems with this company are too numerous to name. The last problem being they did not cut a vent out over the stove to let exhaust vent and smoke comes back into the house and he is worried it will catch fire again. The company didn’t respond until after he turned them into the better business bureau and then all they did was come out and look at it and said it definitely needed to be vented out and didn’t know why they didn’t do it. As of now, they are getting an estimate on what it will cost him to have it fixed. We think he shouldn’t have to fix it due to their negligence.
