I believe the principals of this company were fully aware that they would be going out of business when they accepted my down payment. That is plain stealing! They never formally contacted me to advise that they were not going to furnish the countertops. I learned of their closing through a sub-contractor. When I tried to contact the local and home office all I got was a recording. It is my understanding that a class action suit may be in progress in St. Louis. I would happy to participate if that happens. Feel free to contact me regarding any class action.

Ripped off by Rock Tops, Inc.

AUTHOR: Rick G. Todd - Cincinnati (U.S.A.)

In response to Dick K of Cincinnati, you are not the only one in Cincinnati who put several thousands of dollars down for countertops. If the company files bankruptcy as I have been told they are doing, you (and I for that matter) may be able to be listed as creditors in their bankruptcy documents. That way you may be able to recover some of the money you lost.

You will get VERY LITTLE of your payment!

AUTHOR: Anonymous - Houston (U.S.A.)

By the time the lawyers get thru with all the "bankrupsy" issues in the court, you will be lucky to see a penny on the dollar returned to you!!!
