Russell Burton Crooked builder, stole appliances and padded his costs Englewood Colorado

Poor guy, this is not the first victim of the smooth talking Russel Burton. The truth is he sucks victims in promising big profits. He pockets all the DONATED products on a "Parade" home then charges the investor full retail and in many cases doubles the costs. The guy is so slimy, greedy I would not trust him to build a dog house. Yet he continues to nail dumb investors. He has many many law suits against him and sues his investors when they cry fowl. The guy is a walking target, I am surprised if he does not get nailed by one of his subs that he stiffs. As far as value added, Burton is a worthless slug who should be jailed.

He has ripped off more "dumb" investors. Talking to a lumber exec. many products are donated to parade homes yet Burton charges us full retail and in some cases duplicated his expenses so his buddy at the bank who would demand more and more from us. Truth is he is a smooth talking screamer. His lawyers will have a nice time with this report.

He also got a woman in Boulder according to my Realtor. Burton is Infamous!!!

When investors cry fowl, his lawyers go into overdrive and they are asking me to post a nice sweet letter that everything has been resolved.

Butkiss, he stole money from us. I had to finish the home myself, I caught him red handed with his "current son of his current girl" loading a $2,000 washer and dryer into his expensive pickup.

I had to to finish windows, doors, dry wall, paint, landscaping, the water feature leaks, the garage doors did not work, yet he was OVERPAID on the project.

Burton is in it for the maximum rip off. BEWARE, BEWARE of this piece of sheet!!!!!!!!!!!

This message will probably get me more law suits but people need to know what kind of person is lurking out there by the name of Russel Burton. Burton customs, Burton Homes or what the name is this week.

The two rebuttals, on 11/18/08 were not made by myself, Mike Gould. Someone has stolen my e-mail and password with is very similar to my e-mail. Mr Burton and myself have resolved our differences fully and am deeply concerned about the fraudulent two postings on 11/18. We wish to move on and wish Mr Burton best of success in his future ventures.

...That someone would write something like this about Russell Burton.
While I do not know the specifics about this allegation, it fits with the way he has conducted himself in the past...I consider Russell to be manipulative, deceptive, egotistical..someone I consider as one who really belives that He is the ONLY person in the world with few scruples or boundries.
In my opinion, if you are doing any business with Russell, do yourself a favor....give the money to a reputable charity, as opposed to being like myself...frustrated and angered by years of lies, false promises, etc.
How (and why) do I know this?
I am one if his brothers who he took advantage of.
