Yes, I also lost $35,000 to the deceptive predatory business practices of Pulte. Many more details to be posted soon, next few weeks.
I believe there is amble evidence for a class action lawsuit related to earnest money and entrapment, as I have spoken to numerous former sales personnel from Pulte.
Additionally, I have copies of numerous contracts that clearly show an increased pattern of deceptive business practices.
Pulte attorney's will say there are numerous consumer protection laws that prevent them from deceptive behavior. Of Course that's the same thing Enron told the state of California, yet they were able to steal billions from consumers.
Simple Advice:
Get a real estate attorney (Not a real estate agent) to review all documentation/contracts prior to signing.
Have the same attorney present during the signing of all contracts.
Do not sign anything without your attorney's approval.
