Sealmaxx-Enviro Clean Has promised me money they owe and NOT delivered ripoff Nationwide

Sealmaxx owes me money for about a year now.
I've heard:
*You'll have it by August 25th
Then:
*You'll have it by September 1st FOR SURE
And now:
*We're HOPING it'll be in the next couple of weeks.
Obviously, this company cannot be counted on to keep their word.
Only to promise....NOT to deliver.
Avoid them with a TWENTY foot pole.

Past employee issues should be handled in other ways, not a site for real service issues. I suggest you seek your local unemployment office. Past employment issues have nothing to do with our service.

This site is about more than service. It's about companies not performing properly.
If Sealmaxx delivers everything, deliver the money you owe.

Sealmaxx HAS contacted me.
They suffered from embezzlement from a accountant that told them everything (and everybody) was paid.
Sealmaxx checked back and realized that they did owe me money.
We have come to an agreement, and I feel comfortable they will honor their promise.
I feel bad about the TON OF MONEY that was stolen from them, and I wish them only the best.

This site is for REAL customers who have good or bad to say about a company, not for an ex-employee who can't find work and was let go because of his issues.
I apologize for Ted Gimza using this site for his own personal reasons.

Dave? I went to the BBB's National Site and pulled up the numbers. The BBB's site ends in .org... so anyone can verify my numbers.
Dave? I did a search on Sealmaxx through the Rip-Off site and that is where the twenty-one complaints came from? so anyone can verify my numbers.
Dave? I live in the Cincinnati area? I really do and the people at Rip-Off can confirm this from my ISP number? so just who is Ted Gizma and why are you threatening him?
Why are you slandering him?
Dave? to the best of my knowledge when somebody posts a complaint? not every company would be notified!
Dave? I really hope that Ted Gizma talks to a lawyer about you, a defamation of character/slander type of suite should be considered!
How about it Ed the Editor? Can the Fraud Chick confirm that I am from the Cincinnati area and that I am not Ted Gizma?

You have a clear lawsuit against Dave? When I read his comment about you being let go because of issues? Wow he screwed up with that one? Talk to a Lawyer ASAP!
Any decent human resources person will say that Dave should not have posted those comments... that is lawsuit material handed to you on a silver platter!

Dave,
After reading your response that was posted on 9/14/06, I went back and read all 21 posts.
It looks as if Ted is really after your company for what ever sick reason he may have.
In addition to posting most of the 21 reports on this site, Ted has also been going to other websites and posting the same material.
I am not a big fan of the BBB or companies that claim super-long warranties. I am even less of a fan of people like Ted who post false statements about companies like yours on the Internet.
There is no doubt that Ted is laughing about my comments and there is no doubt that he is really pleased with himself. So I will close with the fact that Ted must be a real Christian for posting lies and I think S. Freud would have a few comments about his lack of manhood!
