We had a contract with Quick Repair Guys - OWNERS ARE Tom Sanco Rhonda Sanco & Paul Sanco to add on to our house and remodel existing house. They took our money & left us with a house that is not livable because there is still $60K worth of work to be done that we will have to pay a contractor to do. They are theives stay away from them. Rhondo Sanco is also a realtor with The Mckissack Group, stay away from her she will cheat you just like she did us. We have a lawyer & are sueing them to recover our money & they told our lawyer to go ahead & sue, we will never see a dime.

I recently heard this story with a different twist. Before I say more why don't you provide the interested public with more information... or more specifically would you answer the following questions...
1) What did you contract with them to do? And for how much?
2) Were your expectations realistic?
3) Was any work done? What work wasn't done?
And do you mind telling the interested public how many law suits you have been involved in within the last 10 year and the nature of those suits. Have you filed any frivolous police reports?
If you are willing to answer these questions I will be willing to provide additional informations as it was related to me.

I find it very disheartening that someone will post such negative and potentially harmful information like this without providing more information, even when it is asked for. There are more than several questions that the "complainant" of this report has not been forthcoming enough to answer. I respectfully request that if this complainant is not willing to answer these questions then this report be removed from this site.
