United Air Comfort Ripoff Air conditioning that never work proprerly

THE AIRCONDITIONING UNIT WAS INSTALLED LAST AUGUST 21, 2003. ON THE DAY THAT THE INSTALLATION WAS FINISHED AND TESTED THERE WAS COOLING COMING OUT FROM UNIT, BUT WHEN IT WAS USED FOR WHOLE NIGHT I NOTICED NO AIR IS COMING FROM DUCT. WHEN I INSPECTED THE UNIT ICE WAS NOTICEBLE ON THE LOW SIDE OF THE UNIT. I REPORTED THIS, THEY COME OUT AND ADD FREON ON THE UNIT. THIS INCIDENT HAPPEN FOR THREE TIMES WITH THE SAME PROBLEM.
THE LAST TIME THEY COME ON OUR PLACE IS LAST JULY 30, 2004. THE SAME THING HAPPENED IT WORKS ONE DAY AND NEXT DAY THE SAME PROBLEM OCCURS. I TRY TO CALL THE NUMBER ON THE SERVICE FORM AND ALSO THE TELEPHONE NUMBER THAT SHOWN ON THE ADVERTISMENT THAT WAS SEND ON OUR PLACE. UNFORTUNATELY THE NUMBER IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE ON OUR PLACE.

i had the misfortune of working for them i can say with some confidence that you have a leak in your systemn and need to have it repaired so call another company and get it fixed if you don't it will end up costing you more money next year do to compressor burn out i under stand that you payed all that money to get a new one which was smart but most of the united techs have less experiance than you do the talk a good line and that is all it is as to the reason you cannot get a hold of them it looks like they are going out of bis and they are in trouble with the ccb in calf. if you don't believe it check it out for your self and i would all so filing a compliant with the ccb dont trust the bbb if pay them money the complaints just go away
