Wayne Johnson - Carriage Way Builder - Bridgeview Builder ripoff built townhome on bad soil Palatine Illinois

Wayne Johnson and his son CJ sold 4 townhouses that they knew was built on poor soil. The home are sinking, shifting, cracking, and tilting. The first of the 4 attached homes was having issues when the other 3 were sold. When asked about the fixes in foundation they said that they were approved by the village.

He did not mention he was involved heavily with the village board and part of the village fire department board. Nice ins with the village so that they can look the other way when he made shortcuts. The village can not be sued.

For the first year we called 4/7 days a week trying to get some one to come look at the issues. We were told he was getting the messages -just not returning the calls.

We have gone to arbitration which they offer a fraction of what it would cost to fix. Their insurance company says their policy does not cover this!

We have a fraud, etc.lawsuit against him, his company - which of course he bankrupt at the end of the building project, and his contractors. It has been over 5 years and we have had nothing but delays.

It is ashame that he is allowed to do this to innocent people.
Does it always take this long? Is there a chance to win? How much will it cost to win and is it worth it?
