Industrial State Supply John Boyd Sales tactics Babylon, New York

I received another call from Industrial State Supply today (26 Railroad Ave., Suite 370, Babylon, NY 11702); they offered me a TV in exchange for buying more paint.  In 2008, a very pushy salesperson convinced me to buy some paint for our new barn (obviously they got that information for the company that I bought the barn from).  Anyway, I bought 6 gallons (the minimum they said).  I received the paint, somewhat expensive but did receive it.  In October, 2011, my wife received a call stating that the agreement was close to ending where I was to received 6 more gallons.  She was pressured into giving her credit card for the balance that I supposedly agreed to (which I never did and she couldn't reach me as I was at work).  I would not have paid for anything more for stuff I did not order.  Today, I'm asked if the credit card number is the same because they want to send me a TV along with some more paint they want to sell me (that I don't need).  I tried to explain that I don't want anything else and to take me off their mailing list and calling list.  He hung up on me.  We immediately called our credit card company and now will be changing the numbers.  I tried calling them back on the number they called me on and the number is disconnected.  I've written them a letter to take me off their calling list and am copying both the Office of the Attorney General in Albany, NY as well as the Consumer Fraud and Protection Bureau in New York, New York.  Do not fall for their tactics, they will say you agreed to things you haven't!
