Within one year after I started living in my new home, it badly required a reconstruction service from some acclaimed firm. As a home owner, I have every reason to opt for Jesse Purves’s construction firm in Spain. After all, you can see huge promotional hoardings in almost all major cities of the country. But in realty, they are all to get you into the trap! I am one of the worst victims of this firm.
 
They convinced me and my wife to subscribe to a building evaluation service; and the offer looked stunning to us then. According to it, engineers of the firm are supposed to evaluate any construction at a regular interval and with special attention after any catastrophe like storms, hail storms, flood or others. I was already a subscriber to that service and was paying a fixed charge in advance for that at every month. But in realty, they never come in time for inspection.
 
My newly made home became a victim of hidden crawl space damages after heavy rainfall in the last season. We even called them several times and lodged complaints to the owner Jesse Purves. But nothing fruitful happened with that. Later, when I stopped paying the recurring, they finally came for an inspection, but failed to trace out those hidden damages in my house.
 
Later, I hired a different service provider and went for a reconstruction with heavy monetary damage which would have been sorted out earlier. So, it’s my advice to all of you that you should refrain from subscribing any service from Jesse Purves’s construction firm in Spain.
