Larson Manufacturing Company A company that does not back their product Internet

    I recently purchased a Larson Storm Door and the closing mechanisms have already failed.  It has been less than 6 months since it was installed.  I followed Larson's procedures for warranty and they have found a reason not to fulfill their warranty promise.  They felt it was user error of over extending the door which broke the hardware.  I'm not sure what happened and came home to the door closed with the hardware broke on the inside.  

    If you are in the process of buying a storm door for your home do yourself a favor and go with another company.  Larson's warranty doesn't mean anything to them and their door doesn't last a year before the hardware fails.
