MERCHANDISE DIRECT I ordered 6 tubes of putty from the tv ad they said they would double the quantity charges $2995 plus shipping I received a charge on my credit card for $263.82 I have not been able to find them to discuss this problem Toronto Ontario

I order 6 tubes of putty for 2995 plus shipping from T V commercial.They had a special offer to ship an extra 6 tubes free.At t6he End of July I received a package with 6 bags. As I had no need for this now I did not open the bags.

I have now received a charge on my credit card for $263.82 I have been unable to find this company in the phone book or from bell information in order to get a refund from the $29.95 I committed to. From Your reports it looks like other people have experienced the same problem
