Rich rifkin owe me + dozen others $$$ for time&materials working at New home green learning Center. he owe my friend more than $40 thousand for investment he stole.
Now company is changed and called New Home Alliance
but company was registered by the same person Kim Carty. wife of Rich and she only does small things. rich do everything and everyone knows, so it is all him.
Went to business office and searched records. looks like company registered by wife Kim, so no separation. Just different address, but that is tricky way to claim different business. IRS should investigate:
