These allegations by Mr. Tre Allison are false and unfounded. There was no criminal activity except that perpetuated by Mr. Allison.   Mr. Allison is a convicted felon, scam and con man currently under investigation by the Lakewood and Arvada Police Department for theft and fraud.  After being informed of the police investigation, Perkins Construction paid the sub contractors directly and terminated business with Mr. Allison.

It seems as if Mr Allison has made a habit of collecting money from homeowners and not completing the work nor paying his sub contractors. To avoid this dilemma Perkins paid the sub contractors directly.
