Micheal Anthony Duenas, 41, of Lewisville, Texas runs this and several other bogus businesses along the lines of putting up fences.  Some of his other companies he goes by are:

If you run a background check on him (I can provide a PDF copy if you would like), you will see he has a criminal history several miles long that includes dozens of deceptive trade practice and theft charges (in addition to other convictions).  As of 12/2/2011, he is serving time in the Collin County Jailhouse, but will be released 1/11/2012 and has no plans of stopping what he's doing.  His friend Jamey Carter, also runs the same scam under the name of Cowboy Fence. 

His way of taking the money is that he will visit and give a low estimate, then ask for money on the spot for the building materials...The customer will never see him again. There are reviews all over the internet about him and his history.   Myself and numerous recent victims have opened criminal cases on him and are awaiting our turn.
