Beautifully Landscaped - no, you took our trees and leave trash around the common areas. You spend $26,000 a year to a land scaping company fixing up new houses not yet sold. What a rip off!

Community Pool - you have a pipe that runs under the pool and dumps the water that is leaking through the cracks in the pool in the grass. Nice smell by the way.

Nature Trails - Really?? Where?? You promised a trail that went from behind the pool to the front of the neighborhood, now you're telling us it MIGHT be 300 feet long. That's not a trail, that's a drive way!

Playground - NOPE! My six year old has yet to find it too. The last D.R. Horton meeting we had, Rhonda Seaman said the playground was going to be put on the small sqare of grass in front of the pool since the tennis court was put in the wrong place where the playground was supposed to be. What a greedy company D.R. Horton is! We are supposed to have 150 homes built, and you are going to cram one swingset, and one pull-up bar and call that a playground.

Recreation Complex - Is the tennis court supposed to be the recreation?? We can't use the tennis court because the water from the pool leaks onto it. There is a chain and lock on the tennis court, and it can't be used.

Sidewalks - This one is funny! You put stop signs in the middle of the side walks?! Is this something new??? Aren't stop signs supposed to go on the curbs or road?? Makes a little hard to ride a bike or jog. I stepped in a hole that made in the sidewalk to put a stop sign and twisted my ankle. Your lucky or I'm stupid for not taking legal action!

Tot Lot - Where???

WE have had our home for a little over two years now, do you think you can fix the 2 page list from our 11th month walk through this year???!!!
