Falcon Glen Apartments Billed over $50.00 for water when it was turned off Mesa, Arizona

   I am writing today because I just don't know where to turn. At every avenue I have tried I am shut down with no recourse so...   Be forewarned about Falcon Glen Apartments in Mesa, AZ.

   I am billed for water, sewage and trash directly from the Falcon Glen management. I am not able to see my personal usage because each apartment is not metered. Oddly enough this last month my water bill increased by just a few dollars but I had the water turned off for a week because I was waiting on repairs to be done in my unit. 

   The increase concerned me and I began to wonder how it could increase when obviously my usage went down. I inquired about it and was told they were watering the lawns more. I don't have a lawn, I have rocks. I do know the neighbors had a pool of water infront of thier unit though so a leak somewhere?

   After further research and discussions with other community members I learned they are robbing us all. No one can get a usage report and apparently Falcon Glen can charge us whatever they want basically re-selling water at a substancially higher rate than they pay. 

   I am looking for advice on how to move forward with my complaint and make Falson Glenn accountable for thier shoty business practices and blatant theft!
