Had a break in my fence yesterday. Invisible fence came out, told me I had multiple breaks, my wire was no good & I had to replace it at $.40 per foot. (I have 7 acres). I was So Mad; I called the local Dog Guard Dealer and he came out and had it repaired in no time.. I saved over $3,000 dollars!! to boot, they lied to me about the multiple breaks & then friued my electrical outletin the garage.. Wonder how long it will be before they come out to repair that.....

These Guys are a RIP OFF!!!

This company IS NOT an Invisible Fence dealer..he is a Hidden Fence/Pet Stop Dealer

It is understandable that the consumer is upset by her situation, but Rich Weinssen the underground pet containment dealer located at 304 State Route 10 Randolph, NJ 07869 (http://www.hiddenfence.com/P4.php) is not an Invisible Fence® Brand dealer and has no association with the professional network of Invisible Fence® Brand dealers.

Consumers should be aware that there are companies out there who represent themselves as Invisible Fence® and they are not. There are only 4 Invisible Fence dealers in New Jersey and the brand distributor can assist in determining if the company is legitimate or not. The distributor is The Canine Fence Company and can be contacted at 800-818-3647.

Just to add/clarify-

1: We will donate $2500 to St Huberts if Shelly cares to step up with reasonable supporting information confirming the first post's fairy tale.

2: Connecticut-based Canine Fence checked the box that they are an employee of my company to leave their response. Canine/Invisible Fence are not employees nor subcontractors of ours. (They have tried unsuccessfully to recruit us to sell Invisible Fence, so if I wanted their brand, I'd already have it)

3: Every document, website, all clothing, our products, contracts, etc ALL SAY OUR NAME. The last thing we want is to be confused with a (now) China-made brand TRYING to provide LOCAL service from another state.
