I hired this contractor to totally makeover my master bathroom. He removed the tub and built a doorless shower. He also moved the toilet. A great job so I thought.

Little did I know that when I tried to refinance my home the appraiser asked me for the permits for the work in the bathroom. Not having any permits, the appraiser told me that I would need to do a good part of the job over to have it approved by the city.

I didn't even know that I would have needed permits for this due to the fact that I am not in the construction business. When asked John Filipelli about the permits he stated that he did not do the work even though I have witnesses seeing him at my residence on a daily basis. This guy is a jerk and will only rip you off!! Stay away from him.
