K and LSN - Future Finishing Ripoff Fraud doesn't honor their warranty BEWARE Longmont Colorado

K&LSN Inc, which operates under name of Future Finishing numerously did not honor their 1 year warranty. The company is owned by a person name Lee, Soon Nam. We pre-finished about 89 doors through Future Finishing (K & LSN Inc). After 5 month later, door finish starts to fail. Our company immediately called Future Finishing to inspect the doors, but there were no response. After contacting them for over 2moth, they finally came to take a look at some warranty work. They flat out denied the claim without any reasonable reason. Their reason was this. Before they finish the door, it had some moisture inside the wood. Due to the moisture, it is cracking inside out.
If that was the case, wouldn¡¯t Future Finishing suppose not to finish the door? Aren¡¯t they the ones who suppose to check the moisture content prior to finishing the doors?
Also, they constantly screw up on color as well. If you have finished the door with them, please take 3 random doors out to the sun and compare it. Most of all the door color does not match! I believe they are doing major door work for Aspen, Vail, Crested Butte area.
If you have done your finishing work with Future Finishing ( K & LSN Inc), you should take a look at the damages it will cause in the future. Most of other door maker told me that, Future Finishing is a Hit-and-Miss type of company. Numerous of other company is switching to different pre-finishing company that honors their warranty.
We will never do business with Future Finishing ( K&LSN Inc) again.

First Let me say i was SHOCKED to find such OUTRIGHT LIES...We have been in business for 35years and NEVER have we had any such customer or issues...First off we dont even do that type of Guaranty work..We do very unique specialized custom, hand finish work at the highest quality and artistry and do business with VERY HIGH PROFILE CLIENTLE. We have worked with our contractors,designers,architects,builders,commercial, and residential customers for 35 years and continue to do quality custom high end finishing with the utmost care,quality and service. We are family owned,operated and take pride in our work and care about each of our accounts and this FRAUDULANT person Joe is exactly why this shouldnt be allowed to even exsist without TRUE VALIDITY& LEGAL PROOF OF SUCH BS. I wont comment any further on who we believe wrote this and why since it has no basis on our business or reputation and find this personel attack to be nothing more then exactly that filled with Lies by some Evil person. We choose to say GOD BLESS and Thank You!
