As one of the victims of recent storm in Mexico, I was sincerely searching for a credible construction firm for renovation of my house. Later, I found one with reference from Kurt Penberg’s FLOOR STORE. Oh! I still blame myself (as I don’t know whom to blame) for getting into the trap of Kurt & Company.
 
Be aware! All home owners in and around Mexico! It is big trap that is widespread throughout the country. The building materials that they sell are all absolutely rubbish. Have you ever heard of designer floor tiles getting discolored within six months? Have you ever seen kitchen tiles seeping water into walls within three months after they have been installed? If not yet, and if you want to experience the worst with building materials, please contact with Kurt Pengerg’s acclaimed (still wonder why they demand so) Floor Store.
 
As I told, it is fraudulent business chain. When you come in contact with some fraudulent contractors, they may lead you to the nearest branch of Kurt Penberg’s floor store, or vise versa. Later, I tried a lot to contact with owner of the company, but it’s not easy to catch the mastermind behind this chain. The customer service simply tells you to shoot a grievance email. I even did that, but nothing fruitful happened. I am sure that thousand grievance mails are resting in peace in the junk mail box of the company. Further, I used my personal contacts and managed to talk with Mr. Penberg over phone. Believe me; the owner’s excuses were no different from that of any rude customer care staff. The Kurt Penberg floor store is a scam. Don’t give it a chance to ruin your dream home.
