Mike Jaitely Monique Astruc Failed to pay invoice for electrical work he commissioned by him on a property managed by Grove End Estates Marlow, Other

In February 2007 Mike Jaitely, trading as Grove End Estates, commissioned my business to carry out electrical work at a property for which he acted as a letting agent.

Following completion of the work invoices totalling GB£365.25 were submitted but, despite reminders and chase calls to Jaitely and Astruc, which were met with promises to pay immediately, no payment was received.

Legal action against Jaitely and Grove Wood Estates was started on 13th June 2007. Judgement granted against the defendant on 18th July 2007 and a warrant for GB£470.25 issued on 28th August 2007.

Due to administrative delays in HM Court Service, no attempt was made by baliffs to serve the court order until 30th November by which time Jaitley and Astruc had left the premises and could not be traced.
