We hired Steve Pozzi of PAS Construction to build our home on Grosse Ile, Mi.  While building our home we began to notice a lot of mistakes.  It took almost a year to build it.  He had excuse after excuse.  We found out he took the bank draws and money we gave him for upgrades to spend on other projects.  The trades began to contact us wanting their money. At one time we had eight leins on our property.  We can't get anew home loans because of the liens. 

If you are ever considering building a home do not hire him.  He'll steal your money.

If we didn't own the property we still woundn't be able to move in.  He is a crook.
