This fellow Frankie, who is the owner of Tri-city concrete, doesn't know what he is doing and the money I was giving him was putting into building his own home not mine, I had to surpervise and hire 80% of the suppliers that he was using because he had no money to pay them as I found out with time.

It took him 5 months to get ground ready to pour the foundation and he skipe steps and other work in the foundation that where on the plans to do. Finally I had to fire him and he was well a head in money that I paid him over the work he had done with my help in every step of the way. He got ahead of me on and I was in the hole too deep to just cut him loose at first. But at came a time that I just said get out. Bad person to deal with for any kind of foundation and brick laying.

He has a NC phone # and he works mostly out of Western NC but lives in SC. Look out for this guy or his company. Being an abcentee owner builder he took advantage of me.

Hello I am Frank Halmon the owner of Tri City Concrete.And i want to make a reply to the statement about my company.Jay contacted me about doing work on his property,And i did so,From the start i should have just walked away,I would not be owed the 3400.00 he owes me,And Jay im sorry you feel that i took your money.And built my house with it. Thats funny.Wonder what kind of house could i build for 6000.00 is what i made profit on your house.But anyway.I cant beleive your going to get on a site and blame me for your fondation sinking,I pour concrete!!!!!and before i pour concrete (GUESS WHAT)I have to have a inspection by the County.So in order for me to pour any concrete, means that i must have passed inspection right??You foundation is sinking because YOU hired a grader that pushed 9 feet of backfield across the back of your lot where you built your house!!!What did you think it was going to do after time????That has nothing to do with me or my Company.You have yourself to blame for having problems with your home.You were supervising people you called in remember.(All my subs were to expensive for you.)And im a licensed Sub Contractor so if you really felt i skipped steps,or had bad workmanship on your job.You could have with ease took me to court.And won if i hadnt done what i supose too.Again im sorry that you are having trouble with your home.You cant blame no one but yourself.It not that i dont know what im doing,Its you didnt know what your were doing,Trying be your own contractor with no clue of whats going on.And being cheap,and trying to cut corners.That wasnt me,Everything that my company supplied you with was Grade A.and done to specs.And to clearify you never fired my company,You got pissed when i told you, We were not coming back untill your bill was paid in full.So my company is still top notch and we are still going strong.And have plenty of references if needed.Have a nice day.
