I trusted Derick Coles to act as my agent for a Green Card application, the sum concerned was $500,000 with a $30,000 fee for his company. The immigration file had to be submitted by Friday 14th November 2008 at the very latest. Derick Coles has not handed over the funds I sent to him on the 12 August 2008 to the correct Escrow account. Derick Coles has used these funds for other purposes than those which they were intended, at no time did I give my pernmission / authority for Derick Coles to do anything else but place the funds in the correct Escrow account. I spoke with Derick Coles and he refuses to tell me what he has done with the money, stating that he cannot remember ! I have appointed an attorney to find and recapture these funds, to this end I would like to know from anyone else and prove if necessary if Derick Coles has acted in this way to previous clients, if you have been the subject of unscrupulous behaviour by Derick Coles, then please e-mail me at investigatingcoles@live.com I will do all I can to put a stop to this type of dishonest action by this man.
