Derick Coles New Horizon stole $170,000 out of my New Horizons Escrow account nd will not give it me back, I cannot complete my business without these funds. This man is a thief, scam artist and con-man and so are his family.

He has 5 homes each worth over a million dollars, he has a garage full of classic cars and has just bought a brand new Range Rover, Bentley and Ferrari, we have visited his homes and seen all the homes and land belonging to the Coles family, both sons Andrew and Jason own Lexis cars bought by Daddy and Daughter Rebecca has a house bought by Daddy and Mummy, the children are 38, 37 and 28 years old are they not a little old to be looked after by Mummy and Daddy. The sons live in Atlanta Georgia after they had to make a quick getaway from the Jade Homes business.

He does not answer your calls, e-mails or he puts the phone down on you when he knows who he is talking to and so does his wife.

We have an attorney involved, plus Agent Brannan from the FBI Fort Myers and ICE Immigration and Customs enforcement who know of this con man and are looking into his dealing.

We have reported him to Watchdog BBC TV and are in the process of getting in touch with British Media and USA papers.

We will get this low life and his family if it is the last thing we do and get him put behind bars where he belongs.

Anyone with any dealing or knows any information on this low life please get in touch.

I was ripped off too, and I am outraged at how this has been handled. I should let you know, however, that your comments regarding his family our outright lies and could be considered libel. Let's keep our focus where it needs to be and not resort to speading lies and absolute non-truths. It dilutes the facts. I have spoken with an attorney and will be handling this situation with dignity.

To the person who commented on my report re Derick Coles family not being involved in this scam, of course they are, who do you think has been spending our money and moving all the monies in the said Escrow account. He has put all the money into his wifes named accounts and no doubt his sons accounts, so that does not involve them!

I think you should think again if they were not involved they would report him, they are as involved as he is as they have stolen our cash and spent it.

To Ashi - Montana get into the real world, who do you think he has been spending our funds on but his family and their extravagant lifestyle, do you not class them as being involved, we do and find that this is an offence as bad as his, they are accepting stolen money and do not say they do not know what is going on as they do.

I am James of Rotonda West Florida, and I hope to get the truth out to all of you by posting this note. Someone has been masquerading as me, and attributing false statements to me on this webside throughout December 2008.

Specifically, this imposter (who signs my business name "Jamez") has made defamatory statements about members of the Coles family that I genuinely condemn and disavow.

While I believe I have been greatly harmed by Derick Coles and his company (New Horizons Group), I have no reason to believe that either of his sons (Andrew and Jason Coles) or even his wife (Elizabeth Coles) had anything to do with that debacle.

In fact, I credit Jason Coles with preparing an excellent business plan which I feel was a major contributing factor to gaining a visa for my entry into the United States.

I have absolutely nothing derogatory or accusatory to say about any member of the Coles family aside from Derick Coles, and I would appreciate it if the person who is pretending to be me would cease this childish behavior and conduct themselves in an honest, fair and more productive manner. James
