I attended an Apartment buying real estate seminar from Dave Lindahl and as an inducement he promised a $100 free gas card. THis was in August, 2008 when gas was really high.

I went, got card, finally, and paid $5 administrative fee and religiously sent in receipts from one (WalMart/Murphys) station as required.

Finally in January, 2009, I called again and a lady said "they got behind" and I was on their list and would be paid in the first week of February.

Another lie. (I had called several times earlier, last year, 2008, and got similar excuses.)

Why can't we trust people and oprganizations any more?

The man teaches courses on the subject of Commercial Real Estate! There just HAS to be a better way to aquire a tank or two of gas.

I came to Ripoffreport.com to read comments from people who have something to say about the quality of the Mans instruction. If the only complaint I can find is about a gas card, probably handled by a third party anyway, then I guess I am left to believe that his seminar attendees feel they have gotten thier moneys worth.
