I went through a link that connected me to Home Wealth Solutions. Then I received a call from Apply Knowledge Institute for education and The Tax Club for an accountant.
I was told I could earn money by setting up a website and selling products from dropship suppliers and through payment would educate me on this.
That any money invested I would receive back thru tax benefits for initially setting up the business.
I paid for a lifetime membership to (dropship) supplier search and was guaranteed success. (which I cannot cancel as upon agreement)
As I was talking with one of the drop shippers , he felt I was being scammed.
I decided to cancel my membership with The Tax Club , they kept trying to persuade me not to cancel so finally I said I would talk with them the next day. Then shortly later I received an email confirming receipt of cancellation. (which I can do within 15 days) The email said I would be contacted with 48 hours.
I'm not sure I will hear from them.
I have left emails to see how I can cancel with Apply Knowledge Institute.
I am sending this now as I want other people to be aware and need to know how to act on this as soon as I can.
I also sent an email to my provincial goverment asking how to handle this.
I live in Calgary Alberta Canada.
Thank You for any advice or help you can give me and for your time and effort.
I greatly appreciate it.

Darlene,
What you need to do is contact the State of Utah Consumer Protection Division and let them know what's going on! That you have asked for the refund the proper way and that they refuse to help you! Also go to your credit card company and let them know Apply didn't render the services they promised!! Again you have to go to the State authorities in UTAH TO GET ANYTHING DONE and you have to file a consumer complaint with the state! I would do it sooner rather than later www.utah.gov
