This "company" is offering all kinds of assistance represented by an attorney only practicing 6 months, a previous suspense of his license, and over ten years of his "inexperience" was in real estate...Check all this out or ask the telemarketers after you lead them into thinking you for are going fork over the $3500...... I did this but after checking with the BBB and other reports, I cornered the woman I had been working with with what info I had found. She expertly had an answer for all. Do not be duped......

If you want assistance if you are at risk of foreclosure......Federal Housing Urban and Development for an application..don't know what is going to come from this but it sure is better knowing my government is there....

Also, a real estate agent warned me of GMAC, attornies, etc........Careful: they are not supposed to take money upfront and spend as Lucas appeared to project.
