In September, I received a email form Priority Pay telling me that they will no longer be my payroll provider. They said they partnered with ADP to ensure all my business needs were taken care of. ADP took over my payroll begininng in October 2009. I then late December started receving deliquent notice from the Dept. Of Revenue that my taxes were not filed in 1st, 2nd or 3rd qtr.   I then received a letter from Ceridan Tax Services sending me a check for all my PA taxes withheld in the 3rd qtr minus a $75 MID QUARTER TERMINATION FEE.  In discussion with them, they were told by their client, Prioritiy Pay to charge the customers this fee as well as not to file 3rd qtr taxes for the cusotmers.Priority Pay was contracted to collect, deposit and file my taxes per quarter as required and at the end of the year issue my w-2's.  They did not do this as contracted, however, I paid them for these services.

I have contacted them several times through email, telephone but they will not phone me. They will respond with email as long as they are asking for money, otherwise, any other issues, they will not respond to.
