Siva, Murali And DR Munnuswami Krishnamurthi are planning to pay back my $400,000 they took in April 2006. Therefore I would like the rip off report filed against them for not paying me back in 2006 to be remA or updated.Auckland New Zealand

Siva, Murali and Dr M Krishnamurthi have to pay back my $400,000 + interest. They say they are planning to do this. Appropriate settlements are being discussed thru our lawyers in NZ and India. Therefore it is appropriate for you to remove the previous report filed on your system. They would like it removed. I would like it removed. Your editor refuses to remove it and it is no becoming counterproductive for all of us and not helpful. Please remove it as this report is final.

We need to settle and move on. They have agreed and signed settlement documents.
