I contacted Mr. Winn approx. 18 months ago in reference to an ad he had placed for business funding. We discussed the programs that he had and he told me I would need to pay $2,500 for the down payment. We signed a contract and proceeded with trying to obtain funding. Me and my business partner never recieved any funding from Mr. Winn's contacts. We tried for nearly 16 months to get our refund that was stated in his contracts. Mr. Winn only sent us $100 back and made promise after promise to repay. He comes with excuse after excuse. He claimed he was in a car accident and lost his legs. Well Mr. Winn was and still is on a Utah football team. He has more stories than mother goose. He is full of lies. Please don't use him for any business funding or cleaning service. He is not professional at all. Once he gets your money you will never see it again. I also contact the Utah Attorney Generals office. They have a report on this matter.

Seems to be the wrong person

I am not sure how or who got my info and put it on the internet.  Some of this stuff seems to be me, but other things I have no idea how they came up.  I am TJ Winn I do live at the address there and that is my number.  I did have a carpet cleaning business and have sold it.  I did play in a rec league football team.

What I have not done!  I have never been to nor done business in PA. I have never done anything with business funding (besides trying  to get my own).  I have never been in a car accident, and am walking around today.

What seems to be the case to me. Is that someone has googled my name and some info came up.  So he tied the info to another person. 

This has been brought up a number of times to me, and has even caused some contention in my family.  I would like it if someone would take this down or at least know that the TJ Winn living at that address and number is just a normal dude with a young family!

TJ you know exactly what I'm talking about. Your just a smooth talking con-artist. Your wife's name is Lindsay. Now how would I know all this info? Do I need to pull my pypal transaction and post that to show you took my money and ran. I also have your response to my complaint to the AG. Explain that!
