The Tokyo Futures and Commodities Exchange is a totally ficticious entity. Its purpose is to steal your money and give you nothing in return. It was created only last year even though it claims to be going since 1993. It is a clone of a long line of "Commodities exchanges" all of which have been discovered and closed down. This is one of the last.
