I was evicted from my home today because I was late on several HOA Fees.  Umm..  I didn't pay the HOA Fees for 9 months because I couldn't afford to.  For some reason putting food on the table was more important to me than paying my HOA Fees.  I am a single mother of 3 with a disability.  How wrong is it that Mary Bolchalk and her fellow extortionists at Adept Management will kick me out onto the streets because of this.

Sure, I have a debt to Adept..  is it really worth kicking me out on the streets for?  I've paid all of my house payments - all of my utility payments... but I am kicked about because Adept sees it best to kick me out.  

That is evil.  Pure evil.

Anyone that knows anything about eviction procedures knows that you cannot be evicted from a home by a management company. They do not have the authority to do this. Furthermore the court would have never allowed this to happen without a legitimate reason; the HOA bear the burden of proof and apparently they did.  haha

People are not stupid, shame on you for not paying your HOA dues as they are a secured loan; just like your Mortgage...did you pay that??? Don't you know that one of the many reasons dues for HOA's increase is because of homeowners like you? The rest of us are left having to foot the bill!! Is that fair?!? We have families too sister! 

Shame on YOU for putting your family in that situation. Your complaint is misdirected. And nothing more than slander. Sounds like sour grapes to me.
