AmeraAssist - Commercial Debt Counseling Corporation Debited Over $12,000 from my Company Account - didn't perform their Contract!! Columbus, Ohio

I hired this company in 12/08 to help consolidate my company debt and negotiate with my creditors.

They have a great, smooth-talking salesman, Dayvd Miller, who called me constantly until I finally agreed to sign with them and let them negotiate down my debt.

They claim to be able to do this in less than 6 weeks - here it is almost a year later and none of my debts have been negotiated.  They even got me involved in a lawsuit with Surewest Advertising and then left me hanging and paying a lawyer to help me. 

My creditors call me 24/7 and none of my debts were negotiated.  They debited in total over $12,000 from my company bank account and only paid out $3,000 to one creditor.  I wanted a refund of the money left over in my account and they refuse.  Instead, they tell me the rest of the $8,000 went to company fees!!

This company takes your money and does not perform anything - I am now going after them legally and hope to recoup some of my $12,000.

Do Not Do Business of Any Type with AmeraAssist!  They are only good at ripping off poor business owners and not performing their agreement.

Stay away from this company - if they contact you - report them immediately and run the other way!
