Anthony Jean-claude - Anthony "Tony" Jean-Claude Thief Odenton, Maryland

In early December, 2009 - Anthony "Tony" Jean-Claude a/k/a Anthony J. Claude a/k/a Anthony Claude,  having one or more of the following addresses:

322 Old Forge Ln., Apt 4308, Odenton, MD (Residence)

3616 Greenmont Ave, Baltimore MD (Residence)

1803 Scaffold Way, Odenton, MD 21113 (Residence)

5111 NW 159th Street Unit C, Miami Gardens, FL 33014 (Business)

With possible phone numbers of 410-693-9179 or 443-392-2717 or 305-316-5478

is alleged to have broken into the warehouse facility of his previous business partner and stole numerous pieces of equipment belonging to that business partner.  Unfortunately, I had previously purchased an electric pallet jack (5000lb, used, valued at approx $3000.00) which disappeared at the exact same time of the alleged break-in by Anthony.  I live outside of Florida and had not had the capability of picking up the pallet jack prior to its theft. 

An employee of the previous business partner has stated that Anthony Jean-Claude offered him $500.00 if he would help Anthony break into the building earlier that morning. 

A police report was filed by the previous business partner with the Miami Gardens Police Department and can be checked for verification of this report.  

After having this pallet jack stolen, I began to conduct research into Anthony and found he is alleged to have committed various scams and business related cons, including posing as a chemist skilled in the manufacture of biodiesel.  While I have no definitive proof of this, the circumstantial evidence of his involvement in these actions and the theft of my pallet jack from his previous business partner's warehouse is difficult to ignore. 

If this individual attempts to do any kind of business with you, avoid him at all costs - or at the minimum obtain collateral before any business transactions with him are complete.
