I have often thought that the Better Business Bureau was in place to help protect consumers. I've changed my mind about that. My original complaint concerns Stamps.com. This organization uses methods to rip consumers off that are long standing and on-going. It is well documented in so many places including Ripoff Report. I went to the Better Business Bureau's website to research the company and was surprised by what I found. In the last 36 months, Stamps.com has had 1286 complaints filed against them. And low and behold, the Better Business Bureau gives them a rating of A. An "A"? This company gets complained on regularly and consistantly and they get an A? Guess I have to revamp my thought processes when it comes to the BBB. Because if they can give a company like Stamps.com an A, their rating system is seriously flawed!
