I was scammed into buying shelf corp from Wholesale Asset Management by Ryan Jones and Jared Coad.  I was told that I would be able to receive financing in the amount of $250,000 for the shelf corporation.  I wired $18,500 to their corporate account and was given a money back guarantee in writing on the Wholesale Asset Management letterhead saying that if they were unable to secure financing for me that the money would be wired back to me.  I never received the financing.  Afterwards, I sent several emails to Jared Coad demanding that he refund my money and he never did.  I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and my complaint was not resolved.  Now, Jared Coad claims that Ryan Jones never worked for him and has since not returned any communication from me.  Jared Coad is a scam artist and you will never get your money back from this guy.  He should be in jail!
