Hi there.

Empire Mechanical came out on 12/23 to fix the actuator in our AC/Heater. The snow was forecast to come in during the next week so we needed heat.

They came out and fixed it.

One problem: They didn't set the zones.

So the whole downstairs did not have heat.. and the upstairs heat wasn't enough to heat the downstairs..

So my family froze for Christmas Eve..
Christmas Day..
Day After Christmas
2 Days After Christmas
3 Days After Christmas

And still no return phone call from them..

They cash the check.. took the money and ran!

SAD!

Empire Mechanical would not be the first choice if I were to do it again.
