I have been providing Broker Price Opinions (BPO's) for this company for over 2 years. They have always been slow to pay but I have recived no payment since November 2009. I have filed a complaint with the BBB in Jacksonville. Will soon contact the Dept. of Real Estate. They owe me $1950. I have complete documentation for all services provided as well as emails. Last contact they made regarding my claim was on August 5, 2010 and they told me my payment was being escalated!!!

This email is to vent my disgust on how Evaluation Solution treats its employees and its agents. This so called company works its employee 10 to 12hrs a day and sometimes more with no breaks or lunch break (oh I am sorry if you raise your hand and go to their little control booth they my let you take a 15 minute lunch break) for days on end without letting them know if and when they are going to get a day off. They mask this unethical act of not give you a lunch break by buying lunch and have you eat at your desk while you still call agents to fill orders and lie to them about being paid in a timely manner. I worked for this god awful company for 1 month and I only had one day off and if I didn't provide a doctors note for that day I would have not made it that far.The CEO Bryan is only concerned about his bottom line not the health or the lives of his employee's. There were days when I taught I would never go home cause we had orders to place and our quote numbers were not moving so they made us stay later and later...you probably asking why take a job like that in the first place, the job is not described in this manner by Ms. Andee Jones or Todays Staffing . I was lead to believe that I would be working 12pm-9pm shift with some overtime and some weekends with advance notice. However, I never worked a 12-9pm....and worked every weekend. I KNOW THERE MUST BE A LAW HE IS BREAKING......I felt like a trapped slave scared to ask for a lunch break or a day off in fear of being fired.
IF YOU ARE A BROKER OR REAL ESTATE AGENT OR ANY AGENT THAT DOES BPO'S OR APPRAISALS PLEASE BOYCOTT THIS COMPANY UNTIL THEY CAN TREAT ITS EMPLOYEES WITH SOME RESPECT......AND MOST IMPORTANT PAY YOU AGENTS ON TIME AND IN A TIMELY MANNER.
In Closing to all you agents that have not been paid here are some email address and numbers to the CEO, VP, OPERATIONS, ACCOUNTS PAYABLE..........CEO

When a rep tells you that your payment is being escalated ....basically nothing is happening they are just simple noting that you have payment issues and sending you an auto generated email stating that your payment is being looked into....Please forward this report and information to any and all agents DO NOT TAKE ORDERS FROM THEM ..until they can pay you on time every time and treat their employee's fairly..
