Our organization has a rigorous hiring process to ensure that the team members that join us have the skills and competencies to meet the needs of our Membership. We conduct multiple interviews and utilize hiring tools to assist both our organization and the candidate in making strong hiring decisions.
Once on board, our team members receive rigorous training and support. We have carefully designed training programs consisting of in-house training, third party training and ongoing support to help our team members grow in their role and enjoy successful careers with us.
Our organization has a proud history of looking after the interest of our Membership with best-in-industry services and team members. Collectively our 300 employees work every day to provide a positive work environment and deliver the highest value possible to approximately 50,000 Members.
