Farmers Insurance Agent - David Corbett Bait and Switch tactic to recruit new customers? Las Vegas Nevada

I am posting a concern I have with a Farmers Insurance Agent, David Corbett, in Las Vegas, NV. I was looking for a new insurance carrier. David initially quoted me rates via phone and email, which were comparable to or slightly less than what I was currently paying. I eventually made the switch and made my first payments via credit card over the phone.

Later, I get a bill in the mail basically saying that his quote was miscalculated and that my premiums are actually significantly higher than what was quoted. I paid the difference, and tried to call David to discuss the matter. I spoke with his associates in the office twice regarding this, and they said they would ask David to call me back. He never called back.

Thus, I am disturbed with what appears to be a Bait and Switch tactic of this Farmer's Agent. I am actually more disturbed that he can't even call me back to discuss the matter.
