The rebuttal of the company is false as to the underlying named company that issued documents and contracts. The documents and contracts that this group has on file named Green Cynergy. Per written and verbal communications, this was confirmed by Amstar Consulting, Green Cynergy, aka Green Synergy, FIAT, Al Roman, aka Alcides Roman, Jim Culp and "Shane" Brull. However, research does in fact show a Green Synergy LLC registered within the Puerta Rican State Dept. of Corporations. See attached.
This report is not nonsense nor is it considered to be gossip of the unknowledgable. It is a serious situation of where unlicensed persons and entities enticed money to be wired by offering, which we now alledge, to be false contracts naming well known companies and individuals to be involved in a private trade program. The monies have never been returned and no contact has been made by the named individuals or companies:

No legal representation from the above named individuals nor from the above named entities have contacted this group since the original C&D and Order to Disclose was issued on Dec. 31, 2009. No attempt has been made by the above named individuals or entities to contact this group.
To rate these issues as nonsense and to attempt to belittle or degrade this situation with offhand remarks designed to mislead readers as to thinking this situation is one of gossip is considered, by us, to be of the utmost unprofessional acts a self promoting entity or person can committ. It is also, considered by us and our opinion, to be an act of purpetrating their fraud.
This posting as well as the posting of the C & D was done so in order to help prevent further acts, as we alledge, of unprofessionalism to be committed by the named parties.
