Due to today's tough competitive market, its outstanding dispute with SOP Holdings, long-term health complications of its owner and various economic realities, Hooks Enterprises has filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California to sell off its assets to satisfy existing debts with creditors and clients.  

Hooks Enterprises will be closing its doors on November 6th, 2009.  The corporation will be subsequently dissolved.
