Jennifer Erin Nalleweg Filgate was the General Manager of Pacific Innovations and in charge of marketing unique software products that the Company raised the money for her to do. During her time with the Company, just under two years, she was given tens of thousands of dollars worth of equipment, an office, three other consultants, the very best of support services, a fat consulting agreement and full control to run the division as she saw fit. She also spent tens of thousands of dollars on marketing.
Jennifer had her own bank account with the Company, and at all material times was working as a 5% owner of the Company. During the time she spent working with the Company she invested twice into the Company, once for twenty some thousand dollars and another for seventy thousand dollars. Both times she was paid back in full by the Company, although she kept the benefits of her investments.
But her actions started to cause problems. The Consultants all quit, Jennifer never showed up at the office. She said she preferred to work from home.
Under her direction, we were asked to put up yet another $25,000 for a marketing campaign that she assured us would be successful and she would follow up. While the production for the marketing campaign was going on, she was in Belize on vacation and we were forced to do her job to make it work. When she came back, she decided to quit, and left us "holding the bag", trying to figure out what research was done and how to follow things up.
In addition, she completely erased ALL communications to suppliers and clients off of OUR servers so we couldn't even deal with the day-to-day operations of the Company. The Company folded. Our clients were left out in the cold.
Claiming expenses and monies owed, we flew Jennifer to our location in Mexico, completely at our own expense to talk about solutions. The thanx we got was to be served with papers to go to court.
Now here is the most vile part of this woman's character. How many programs did she sell during the almost two years working on the project?
100,000 would be reasonable considering the amount of money she gobbled up, but it wasn’t 100,000.
10,000 should at least be expected unless she was fast asleep during the whole time, but it wasn’t 10.000.
1,000 would be a great start to everyone making money, but it wasn’t 1,000.
100 would have at least proved she had two brain cells that weren’t rubbing together and short circuiting her brain, but it wasn’t 100.
10 would have proved she had at least 10 friends, but it wasn’t 10.
1 would have proved she at least went through it and knew what she was marketing, but it wasn’t 1.
IT WAS NONE - NOT ONE! ZERO - NADA. Did she take the money every month for her services to do so? Absolutely! OVER $3,000 PER MONTH! Even though we had suggestions of how it should be marketed, she ignored them and did it her way. We have since experimented with those strategies and sold product right away!
She will try to blame others, it won’t fly. She ran the department and had total control, including signing authority on the bank account. She will try to blame the product. That won’t fly either, two of us sold over a half a million dollars worth of product in eight short months, and the product wasn’t even completed yet! The pet rock made a million dollars, she can’t even sell ONE program? She touts her marketing background, she should get her money back.
Did she give back to any of the wholesalers who bought product the money she collected for her fat paychecks while not doing the job? NO! Did she give back to the wholesalers all the money that she squandered for failed marketing promotions? NO! Did she give back all the money she spent on marketing promotions that she QUIT in the middle and let them die? NO!
Now here is punch line - HER AND HER HUSBAND SUED US FOR - **GET THIS** - UNSOLD INVENTORY THAT THEY HAD PURCHASED! HILARIOUS!! The very product she was being paid every month to sell!
Now we were unable to attend court and they got a default judgement, but I can tell everyone right now, THEY WILL NEVER, EVER COLLECT IT. NEVER.
In addition, her website at pivotalprojects.com contained information that she took from our training sessions. She has removed it now, but we downloaded her pages for proof. And that material was copyright and she freely posted it on her site.
Now think carefully, is this someone you want in or near your Company? It didn't work for us and we are the easiest going people in the world. I don't like anyone's chances of profit from an experience with that lazy b*tch, only HUGE expenses.
Her new husband joined in the lawsuit, but too much nose candy prevented him from thinking straight. HE ACTUALLY SUPPORTED HER SUING THE COMPANY THAT PAID HER TO DO A JOB SHE NEVER DID!
When we looked for solutions, we had systems in place to satisfy ALL the wholesalers. Jennifer and Cory didn’t care, they just went ahead to court, only thinking of themselves and what they wanted, not what going to make it right. Even the fact that we were trying to make right her inadequate performance is ludicrous, she should have been making it right - AND STILL SHOULD.
MY PLEDGE! If she has a half of an honest conscious, she can give back all the money she took for marketing, all the money for her failed schemes, all the money we paid the consultants to work for her, all the money for the office space, furnishings, computer and printing equipment, all the money she took out of the Company for “services” to the wholesalers who got screwed by her laughable attempts AND I WILL GIVE BACK THE REST for my poor judgement in choosing such an idiot to run the department.
