Marc Augustine CreditRich.net Marc takes your money for a Shelf Corporation then never delivers! Manassas, Virginia

I started doing business with Marc by downloading his Business Credit Bible. I will admit that there was some good advice in this document but found out shortly thereafter that only a seasoned corporation of 3+ years was needed to actually obtain the business credit I was looking for.  Well, Marc had the answer, buy a Shelf Corporation.  He offered a plan where you pay him $199 and he will get you a seasoned shelf corporation with no debt and you would only pay $150 to the Secretary of State to reinstate the corporation.  So, I paid the money through PayPal and found out the account he asked me to pay was in the name of a woman, Kimberly Bickraj. When I questioned him regarding this he said she was his girlfriend who works with him.  This should have raised my red flag, but I was so focused on getting business credit on the fast track that I let it go.

Several months have passed and still no valid shelf corporation. I have had numerous email exchanges with Marc and he always seems to have an excuse.  I tried disputing the transaction with PayPal and what a joke.  They claim that services are not covered and I am sure Marc is quite aware of this provision.  The only outlet now is to file complaints against this shyster with online forums like Ripoff Report.
